Christelijke Mutualiteit
Digitalization is one of the principal trends in society today. More and more people use internet to get information on their health and to interact with others through community platforms (such as “patientslikeme”). It reflects a societal demand for self-empowerment and self-monitoring.
The Belgian health insurance organization Christelijke Mutualiteit asked i-propeller to develop a service making use of new communication technologies. First, i-propeller preparede a strategic framework related to health information and the positioning of the company. Then, we developed different service concepts as examples for the company on how it can innovate in its core activity. For instance mobile texting was used to support an alert-service allowing clients a better monitoring of their personal health.
